I'm lucky to live in a place that has a lot of gym options. I found a stregnth and conditioning class that feels like a family, and who know my limits while encouraging me to do more, it's been such a blessing that I wish was available to everyone. Dance class to has helped me gain movement and confidence!
There is a professional movement afoot to lobby for insurance coverage of cancer rehab similar to that of cardiac or pulmonary rehab. Let me know if you’re interested in joining the effort! I’m very interested to see if it will be “malpractice” to not recommend exercise in that specific patient population.
Some days, I just lie on the floor at exercise class. At least I am there . . .

That’s great! Extra good to have a community and some positive reinforcement. And maybe some new dance moves.
